

Booking Policies
Securing Your Date
Wedding dates are reserved only with a signed contract and a non-refundable 30% retainer fee, which goes toward your balance. We do not hold dates without both.

Minimum Booking Requirement
A minimum of 4 services or $750 is required for on-location bridal bookings.

If you have a smaller party, you may still book. However, the full booking minimum will be applied.

Payment Schedule
A 50% payment of the balance is due 30-60 Days before the wedding date.
​
The final balance is due no later than 1 week before the wedding day. No payments accepted on the day of.
​
Bridal Preview/Trial Run
Trials are highly recommended and are scheduled separately from the wedding day. Trials are not included in the wedding day package and must be paid for at the time of service. Should you need to re-schedule your trial date a $75 re-booking fee will be applied to the next scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the wedding booking, the Retainer is non-refundable.

If cancellations are made within 60 days of the wedding date, 100% of the full contracted remaining balance will be due.
​
If the artist must cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund of your retainer and any other payments made.
​
Changes to Booking
Any changes to services (number of people, timing, etc.) must be finalized at least 30 days before the event. Reducing services after the contract is signed will not reduce the final balance due.
